Beijing 2008 Olympic Games:'One World One Dream' selected as the Theme Slogan

   "One World One Dream," the Theme Slogan for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, was announced at a grand ceremony on June 26 in Beijing. During the solicitation period for the Games' theme slogan, over 210,000 entries were sent in from all over the world, including all the provinces and autonomous regions on the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan as well as the United States, Great Britain, France, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Cuba, Norway, Brazil and many other countries and regions.
